the location proved quite convenient, close to many shops. i found the staff really lovely, especially maria at reception. the room size was spacious, especially for europe.
the receptionist seemed undertrained, as check-in took quite a while. the hotel did not warn us about building works near the loft terrace room. the room's decor felt a bit dated to me.

the location is great! it is easy to reach from the airport using the train. getting out to see the city for shopping is easy too. shows, dinners, and drinks are all very accessible. we loved it.
i found that the hotel did not have enough signage from the street level , made it a little hard to find.
