the hotel location is great. it was easy to reach from the airport by train and good for shopping. i liked seeing shows and having dinner too. the hotel provided a very convenient experience.
arriving on saturday afternoon, i found the purple bar was closed. the courtyard and spa were also closed. i wanted a drink, but the only bar dont open until 4.00pm.

The team provided really good customer service. Finn and Mohamed greeted me warmly at the entrance each day. Shanna, Jose, and the F&B team ensured every dining detail was well managed. The hotel had a uniquely super clean and cozy atmosphere.
I noticed that the hotel lacked door staff or a concierge regularly. This made arrival and departure slightly inconvenient as assistance was not always readily available.

the location proved quite convenient, close to many shops. i found the staff really lovely, especially maria at reception. the room size was spacious, especially for europe.
the receptionist seemed undertrained, as check-in took quite a while. the hotel did not warn us about building works near the loft terrace room. the room's decor felt a bit dated to me.

the location is great! it is easy to reach from the airport using the train. getting out to see the city for shopping is easy too. shows, dinners, and drinks are all very accessible. we loved it.
i found that the hotel did not have enough signage from the street level , made it a little hard to find.
