Really good service and unique hotel experience
warm greeting really good customer service comfortable atmosphere
The team provided really good customer service. Finn and Mohamed greeted me warmly at the entrance each day. Shanna, Jose, and the F&B team ensured every dining detail was well managed. The hotel had a uniquely super clean and cozy atmosphere.
I noticed that the hotel lacked door staff or a concierge regularly. This made arrival and departure slightly inconvenient as assistance was not always readily available.

The hotel is in an excellent location and close to various shops, restaurants, and transport links. Getting around the area was simple, and many attractions were accessible. It provided a convenient base for exploration.

convenient location lovely staff spacious room undertrained receptionist building works dated decor
the location proved quite convenient, close to many shops. i found the staff really lovely, especially maria at reception. the room size was spacious, especially for europe.
the receptionist seemed undertrained, as check-in took quite a while. the hotel did not warn us about building works near the loft terrace room. the room's decor felt a bit dated to me.

the staff were very attentive . a bottle of wine was placed in my room. i found the breakfast good and the bar very nice.
i found no place to put toiletries in the shower except the shower floor. the music was quite loud in my room until late at night on some days.

great location easy reach
the location is great! it is easy to reach from the airport using the train. getting out to see the city for shopping is easy too. shows, dinners, and drinks are all very accessible. we loved it.
i found that the hotel did not have enough signage from the street level , made it a little hard to find.
